Phil Croker
Managing Director
Bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, Phil Croker joined CQR in 2022, bringing a demonstrated history of proactive corporate culture development and a plethora of skills, including: strategy development, operations management and business development, amongst others.
Holding a prestigious MBA, Croker’s business expertise extends far beyond the University of Wolverhampton’s lecture halls. As Director of Business Development in the lighting industry, Croker developed strategic growth opportunities in the LED Lighting market across the UK and Europe. Following this, he returned to a previous lighting employer, where he’d previously operated as a Commercial Manager, to take the role of Managing Director. Here he added to his impressive tenure at the business, steering the business to new heights.
This journey brought him here, as Managing Director of CQR during perhaps the most exciting period of the business to date.
Croker adds “I’m most excited about the journey itself. I believe that the sheer potential we have to grow as a team, evolve as a business and develop technology that will see us become a key player in the Access Controls and Security market is so exciting for all involved.”.
Justin Roberts
Head of Sales
As an experienced sales lead with a wealth of knowledge within the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry, Justin has driven business development and sales activities within a range of different manufacturers in the Fire and Intrusion industries.
Justin began his time at CQR as the Sales and Marketing Director in 1997, building a reputation for his strong work ethic and commitment to growing the organization across his 14 years of service in this period.
Justin took roles elsewhere in comparable businesses between 2012-2021, working within Sales Management in a variety of different organisations in the electronics and safety industries. Justin worked as both a Regional and European Sales Manager, as well as a Sales Director.
Rejoining CQR in 2021, Justin took on a new challenge leading the Sales team in the Security sector. His work, supported by a world-class team, has seen our business build upon it’s strong reputation within the industry.
Dave Cullen
Technical Support Manager
Serving as CQR’s Technical Support Manager for almost 20 years, David is a critical part of the business. His knowledge of the Fire & Security industries is an integral aspect of the team’s overall knowledge in our sectors, providing a wealth of expertise to customers.
Responsible for the technical helpline and all published data relating to the CQR product ranges, David is the principle contact for enquiries and technical questions relating CQR’s portfolio.
With an impressive skillset related to technical expertise, troubleshooting and customer support, David’s industry knowledge has been a consistently vital part of CQR’s team, helping to establish our reputation for customer-focused operations.
