Electro Magnetic Locks – Transom

• A series of electro-magnetic locks within a vertical or aluminium housing ideal for sliding doors’
• Available for single and double outward opening doors
• Housing plate can be cur down and altered on site
• Continuous housing provides an improved aesthetics for high quality installations
• Certified to TS010 – Grade 2 with a nominal holding force of upto – 600lbf (2660N) (272kgf)
• Fire rated to EN1634-1 for 30 minutes and 60 minutes timber doors (when used with SINAEM1 intumescent sleeve)

Monitored Electro-Magnetic Locks interface with other monitoring devices to provide a visual external indication through colour changing LED of the door status on the Electro-Magnetic Lock itself.  If the door is securely locked, they will show a green LED indication, if still open a red LED indication. This visual aid is ideal for providing clear indication to the site users of the door status, ideal for Hospitals and commercial applications.

Unmonitored Electro-Magnetic Locks are typically 10-15% cheaper than monitored locks, offering a financial saving to sites where the visual monitoring is not required.
