Ideal for use underground without containment (directly buried) or above ground exposed to bright sunlight
HDPE v PE : HDPE cables have UVAs in the composition to stabilise against UV light, allowing for HDPE cables to be used exposed above ground to sunlight. PE cables in contrast can only be used in non-direct sunlight and in containment externally and can only be subject to light amounts of wear
